Cosima Ross (b. 2001) is a painter from Suffolk UK. Working primarily with the figure, she explores themes of change and transition. Through her confessional practice, Cosima produces scenes of sensuality and conflict to convey a tumultuous emotional landscape reflective of her worries, desires and lust for connection.

Having graduated from the University of Brighton in 2024 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting Cosima has gone on to complete a number of residencies both international and UK based. She is currently in her second month as a fellow at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice. Recent exhibitions include Backwards Zoetrope at Filet Art Space, which included a screening of her film by the same title alongside related works.
